About the Role
You will lead interactions with new partners to integrate acquiring cards and other products. You will oversee and improve integration documentation, implement and refine processes to ensure timely and high-quality integrations, support QA analysts, mentor and develop the integration team, collaborate with developers to assign and monitor tasks, and provide technical consultation to integration partners.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years in a similar senior position within payment processing, internet acquiring, or fintech
- Strong understanding of APIs, protocols, and data formats
- Knowledge of payment specifications
- Experience with Postman or similar API tools is an advantage
- Analytical thinking with experience optimizing integration workflows
- English fluency at B2 level or higher
- Familiarity with Javascript is beneficial
- Demonstrated experience in leading and developing teams
