About the Role
You will lead and develop a high-performing integration team and manage end-to-end client integrations for Sardine's products. You will translate technical and functional requirements into practical solutions, own API and SDK documentation and integration guides, run implementation projects, monitor quality and timelines, analyze SQL and JSON payloads, write scripts and build internal tools, and provide product feedback based on client needs.
Requirements
- 7+ years hands-on experience as an implementation manager, integrations engineer, technical account manager, solution architect, or systems analyst working with multiple technical teams
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS experience in payment, fraud, risk, or compliance domains
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain complex technical and business concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and drive deliverables to completion
- Experience with basic SQL querying and JSON payload analysis
- Experience with API specifications like OpenAPI, web development, and scripting to build internal tools (e.g., bash, Python, SQL, Ruby, Golang, Postman)
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing integration team to deliver seamless client onboarding and scalable technical solutions
- Provide end-to-end support during client onboarding
- Own API and SDK documentation, integration guides, and support documents
- Analyze client technical and functional requirements and design solutions leveraging system capabilities
- Manage implementation projects, monitor quality, manage timelines, mitigate risks, and drive deliverables
- Understand customers' business problems and success criteria to propose appropriate solutions
- Provide product feedback to internal stakeholders based on customer interactions
