About Cycles

Cycles positions itself as 'The Open Clearing Protocol,' inspired by the way banks have historically formed closed clearing clubs to settle large amounts of debt using little or no actual money. Cycles aims to open up this capability to everyone, allowing individuals and institutions who would otherwise be forced to settle in cash to instead clear debts using any currency or credit that works for them. The company also offers institutional solutions, including a 'Cycles Prime' product line focused on institutional business development and product needs, suggesting it serves both individual and institutional clients in the debt clearing and settlement space.

Skills

About the Role

You will shape product and UX for Cycles Prime and the institutional offerings that follow, designing for sophisticated financial users including traders, treasurers, ops teams, and finance leaders. You'll turn dense, high-stakes workflows into interfaces those users trust, taking the product from closed pilot to public launch and beyond. You'll partner closely with engineering to prototype, test, and ship quickly while maintaining a high quality bar. You'll run your own user research and usability testing, feeding what you learn back into the product. You'll also drive product strategy and roadmap, identifying new surfaces to build and deciding what gets shipped.
