About the Role

You will build and manage an institutional capital pipeline across major financial markets, originate relationships with professional capital allocators and distribution partners, and identify investors aligned with available opportunities. You will lead the complete capital-raising cycle from prospecting and presentations through due diligence, negotiation, and closing. You will present complex business, infrastructure, economic, and financial opportunities to senior investors, develop market-specific strategies, represent the organization at investor events, maintain pipeline reporting, and provide market intelligence on investor expectations and emerging opportunities.

Requirements

  • Have 7+ years of experience in institutional finance, investment banking, capital markets, institutional sales, private markets, asset management, investor relations, or capital raising.
  • Demonstrate experience working directly with institutional investors and sophisticated capital allocators.
  • Maintain a strong existing network among institutional investors, family offices, funds, asset managers, private banks, or other capital sources.
  • Show a track record of originating and closing significant investment or financing transactions.
  • Manage the complete investor relationship cycle independently, from introduction through transaction closing.
  • Understand investment products, financial structures, risk-return profiles, and institutional due diligence.
  • Communicate at an executive level and confidently present complex opportunities to senior investment professionals.
  • Apply a strong commercial mindset to capital formation.
  • Operate independently in an entrepreneurial, fast-moving environment.
  • Speak fluent English.
  • Possess expertise in investment banking, capital markets, private placements, institutional sales, asset management, alternative investments, private wealth, capital formation, investor relations, financial sponsors, private equity fundraising, and private credit fundraising.

Responsibilities

  • Build and own the institutional capital pipeline across the US, Asia, and other key financial markets.
  • Originate relationships with institutional investors, family offices, funds, asset managers, hedge funds, wealth managers, and other professional capital allocators.
  • Develop relationships with investment banks, financial institutions, placement agents, advisors, and distribution partners.
  • Identify investors whose mandates and risk profiles align with available investment opportunities.
  • Lead prospecting, introductions, investor meetings, presentations, due diligence, negotiations, and closing.
  • Present the business model, Bitcoin mining infrastructure, economics, investment thesis, and financial opportunities to sophisticated investors.
  • Build long-term relationships with senior investment decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with leadership, finance, legal, strategy, and product functions to structure institutional propositions and investment materials.
  • Develop market-specific capital-raising strategies for the US and Asia.
  • Represent the organization at investor meetings, conferences, private events, and industry forums.
  • Maintain a structured institutional pipeline and report potential capital, probability, timing, and next steps.
  • Provide market intelligence on investor appetite, objections, required structures, expected returns, and emerging opportunities.
  • Convert institutional relationships into meaningful capital commitments and long-term partnerships.
