About the Role
You will build and operate resilient, scalable infrastructure; automate operational work; lead incident response and root-cause analysis; define reliability standards; and partner with peers on secure, high-performing systems.
Requirements
- 5+ years of infrastructure engineering, DevOps, or similar experience operating large-scale, highly available production systems
- Production containerization experience
- Experience with Helm and Terraform or Pulumi on a major cloud platform
- Proficiency in Python or Go
- Daily use of AI tooling and AI-assisted workflows
- Monitoring and logging experience with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or equivalent
- Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, ownership, and accountability
Responsibilities
- Build scalable, fault-tolerant infrastructure across cloud platforms
- Automate operational tasks and infrastructure management with Python or Go
- Lead incident response, post-mortems, and root-cause analyses
- Own service reliability, performance, efficiency, SLOs, error budgets, and on-call responsibilities
- Provide reliability, performance, and scalability guidance throughout system design and launch
