About the Role
You will administer and improve Arena PLM, Cognidox, and the Accuris standards portal. You will configure workflows, permissions, and controls; maintain accurate and traceable product information; support users; resolve issues; and implement approved system updates and improvements.
Requirements
- Experience administering PLM, document management, quality, operational, or other business-critical systems
- Understanding of product data, BOM structures, revisions, engineering change, release control, workflows, and governance
- Capability in user administration, access control, issue resolution, data quality, and controlled information management
- Experience supporting engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, or similar teams
- Ability to manage competing priorities independently
- Attention to detail and stakeholder communication
Responsibilities
- Administer and improve Arena PLM, Cognidox, and the Accuris standards portal
- Configure workflows, permissions, and system controls
- Maintain accurate, traceable, accessible, and controlled product information
- Support users and resolve system issues
- Implement approved system updates and improvements
- Work with process owners on cross-system or cross-functional decisions
