About the Role
You will lead the influencer program and own growth from strategy to execution. You will design and execute campaigns across verticals, build scalable influencer sourcing processes beyond the app, and explore new channels including AI driven solutions and affiliate programs. You will develop compelling lead magnets and messaging to attract high quality partners, and you will coordinate a junior entrepreneur team across markets, establishing workflows and performance metrics while driving continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven track record of 2X+ growth in an influencer, affiliate, or partnership program with measurable results
- Builder mindset with a track record of creating something original
- Experience in consumer mobile apps or web products, startup environment preferred
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Strategic marketing thinking and a product marketer mindset to influencer programs
- Data-driven with a balance of creativity
- Comfort with variable compensation tied to outcomes
Responsibilities
- Design and execute monthly influencer acquisition campaigns targeting specific verticals (health & fitness, gaming, lifestyle, finance, and more)
- Build professional influencer sourcing processes beyond the app, leveraging external platforms, direct outreach, and your own creative approaches
- Explore and test new acquisition channels: AI-driven solutions, third-party affiliate programs, virtual influencers
- Develop compelling lead magnets and communication strategies to attract high-quality influencers at scale
- Coordinate and focus the junior entrepreneur team across markets, standardizing processes and best practices
- Establish clear workflows, tracking systems, and performance metrics
- Drive continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across geographies
