- Explore AI-driven solutions, affiliate programs, virtual influencers, and other acquisition channels.
- Develop lead magnets and communication strategies to attract high-quality influencers.
- Analyze market opportunities and build data-driven business cases.
- Coordinate junior entrepreneurs across markets and standardize processes.
- Establish workflows, tracking systems, and performance metrics.
