About the Role
You will develop outreach, education, and referral channels that connect frontier-AI employees with guidance and support. You will build and maintain networks, work with journalists and partners, test campaigns, measure results, and shape delivery strategy. At head level, you will also hire and manage the function and its budget.

Responsibilities
- Build and manage outreach, education, and referral channels
- Map and prioritize opportunities to deliver education and build connections
- Build and maintain journalist relationships and offerings
- Explore alternative referral and intake channels
- Enable partners through joint content, campaigns, and events
- Set delivery goals, campaign strategy, and performance measures
- Hire, manage, and grow the Education Delivery and Growth team at head level
- Manage the budget at head level
