About the Role
You will own the growth experimentation cycle, from finding funnel opportunities through shipping, measuring, and deciding next steps. You will improve activation, onboarding, sharing, and retention flows; build experimentation infrastructure; and turn user and funnel data into product improvements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in growth, product, or full-stack engineering
- Experience owning experimentation, optimisation, or conversion work
- Product sense and user experience knowledge
- Understanding of metrics, success measurement, and iteration
- Experience in a high-velocity startup environment
- Knowledge of TypeScript, React, Node.js, product analytics, and A/B testing infrastructure
Responsibilities
- Own the growth experimentation cycle
- Build and iterate on activation, onboarding, sharing, and retention flows
- Partner with product, marketing, and data to identify and ship growth improvements
- Develop A/B testing, attribution tracking, and analytics infrastructure
- Translate user behaviour and funnel data into product or engineering changes
- Define success metrics and evaluate impact
- Shape growth metrics and playbooks
