About the Role

You will identify, rank, and contact influential crypto, fintech, finance, payments, and sports voices across European markets. You will negotiate creator partnerships, build campaign briefs and localized asset kits, distribute narratives, and report on reach, engagement, sentiment, and share of voice.

Requirements

• Experience running an influencer or creator program
• Experience building ranked outreach target lists and mapping competitor amplifiers
• Experience negotiating and retaining creators outside cash-per-conversion arrangements
• Experience tracking acquisition, engagement, trading volume, ROI, and performance metrics
• Native or fluent proficiency in at least one EEA market language and English
• Understanding of EU financial-promotion and influencer-disclosure requirements
• Project management and stakeholder coordination skills
• Experience collaborating with Growth, Compliance, Legal, Product, Brand, and Affiliate BD teams

Responsibilities

• Map and rank influencer targets by market and verified follower count
• Identify competitor amplifiers and track finance and crypto podcast charts
• Conduct direct outreach and manage the inbound portal pipeline
• Acquire and negotiate agreements with KOLs
• Build campaign brief templates
• Maintain localized market asset kits
• Distribute recurring narrative refreshes to the influencer roster
• Build and manage local influencer rosters
• Report on impressions, reach, engagement, and positive share of voice
