About the Role
You will own end-to-end go-to-market execution for NFL and college football. You will coordinate marketing, product, partnerships, and operations; monitor KPIs, spend, and P&L performance; and turn data into investment decisions. You will build reporting and experimentation processes, identify execution gaps, and drive work forward quickly.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience running complex, cross-functional go-to-market initiatives
- Demonstrated P&L ownership and accountability for spend and performance outcomes
- Strong analytical skills and hands-on SQL or equivalent data-tool experience
- Ability to operate quickly and autonomously in ambiguous environments
- Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives and unblocking execution
- Experience developing at least two acquisition or retention channels into repeatable programs with measurable impact
- Experience in sports, fantasy sports, or sports betting
- Background in crypto, fintech, or prediction markets
- Experience building a growth experimentation system from scratch
Responsibilities
- Own the NFL and CFB go-to-market plan end-to-end and update it weekly
- Run cross-functional syncs across marketing, product, partnerships, and operations
- Track KPIs and spend daily, flag variances, and recommend adjustments
- Build and maintain P&L visibility, including spend pacing, channel performance, and initiative ROI
- Translate performance data into invest, cut, or pivot recommendations
- Maintain the growth experimentation backlog and document tested hypotheses and learnings
- Identify execution gaps and directly close them or coordinate others to move faster
