About the Role

You will administer and improve the industrial security program for classified work. You will manage personnel and contract security, safeguard classified information and facilities, maintain government security-system records, investigate incidents, deliver security training, and prepare for inspections and audits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of industrial security or related experience, or equivalent education and experience
  • Active U.S. Government Top Secret security clearance
  • Ability to obtain and maintain SCI and SAP access
  • Knowledge of NISPOM, ICD requirements, and industrial security compliance standards
  • DD-254 and subcontract DD-254 administration knowledge
  • Personnel security, classified material control, and compliance program experience
  • Experience with NISS, DISS, or similar government security systems
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook proficiency

Responsibilities

  • Support industrial security operations across personnel, operations, contract, visitor, investigation, and document security
  • Ensure compliance with NISPOM, ICD, customer, and internal security requirements
  • Maintain readiness for DCSA, customer, and internal inspections
  • Conduct self-inspections and implement corrective actions
  • Process clearance actions, visit requests, visit authorizations, and onboarding activities
  • Maintain personnel security records and databases
  • Investigate and report security incidents and violations
  • Administer DD Form 254 requirements and subcontractor security management
  • Maintain classified-material accountability, inventories, storage, handling, and destruction controls
  • Develop security awareness, annual refresher, and OPSEC training
  • Create security documentation, SOPs, OPSEC plans, CONOPS, procedures, and work instructions
  • Maintain security records in NISS, DISS, and other government systems
