About the Role
You will own and continuously improve third party risk management and security awareness programs. You will manage GRC projects, planning, financial reporting, audits, risk assessments, certifications, policies, and business continuity activities. You will use AI tools to automate workflows, support data-driven decisions, and improve operational efficiency while collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity or GRC
- Experience in cyber, IT, or third party risk management
- Experience developing and implementing security awareness and training programs
- Experience testing phishing, vishing, and social engineering defenses
- Understanding of SOC 2, ISO, NIST, CIS, DORA, and GDPR
- Hands-on fluency with AI chatbots, assistants, and AI-assisted development
- Strong communication, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines
- Experience with GRC software and security awareness platforms
- Background in financial or digital asset sectors
- Understanding of product development practices
