About the Role

You will support customer security assurance by completing security questionnaires answering due diligence questions and maintaining accurate security documentation. You will coordinate DORA audits gather evidence work with control owners and identify security compliance or contractual risks requiring escalation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in GRC customer security assurance or a related security function
  • Hands-on experience responding to customer security questionnaires and due diligence requests
  • Knowledge of SOC 2 ISO 27001 NIST and SWIFT frameworks
  • Understanding of access control encryption vulnerability management and vendor risk
  • Familiarity with financial services regulatory frameworks
  • Direct exposure to DORA is preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to explain technical security concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Ability to manage concurrent customer engagements and deadlines
  • Experience with SafeBase Vanta Drata or LogiGate
  • Experience working with financial services or FinTech customers
  • Familiarity with GDPR CCPA and DORA
  • CISA CISM CISSP or Security+ certifications are preferred

Responsibilities

  • Complete and review security questionnaires accurately and on deadline
  • Maintain a repository of approved questionnaire responses
  • Meet with prospective and existing customers about the security program
  • Create and maintain security sales collateral and trust center content
  • Coordinate customer-initiated DORA audits
  • Gather and organize audit evidence
  • Serve as liaison between customers and internal control owners
  • Validate questionnaire responses with security engineering and IT stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Information Security Legal Sales and Customer Success
  • Standardize responses FAQs and enablement materials
  • Identify and escalate security compliance and contractual risks
