About the Role

You will manage the onboarding and rollout of AlphaSense solutions for both new and existing enterprise clients, serving as the bridge between pre-sale discussions and the onboarding experience. You'll own the entirety of the deployment phase, build processes designed for scale, and translate client needs into actionable implementation plans. You'll work closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to keep large deployments on track and successful.

Requirements

  • At least 4+ years of experience as a client-facing Implementation Consultant or Professional Services Consultant in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Experience with change management best practices, ensuring a successful transition for client organizations after deployment
  • Strong sense of seeing a project through completion and managing tasks
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Linear, Jira, Asana, Rocketlane, etc.) and CRM software (Salesforce) for tracking deployments and client information
  • Ability to analyze deployment metrics, understand key trends, and develop internal and external reports
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, complex formulas, data validation)
  • Interest in identifying operational inefficiencies and driving organizational change through scalable processes and documentation
  • Excellent communication skills to persuade senior client leadership and internal stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Own the entirety of the deployment phase, including developing detailed project plans, defining critical milestones, and proactively mitigating risks
  • Serve as the main point of contact for deployment activities, leading regular project status meetings
  • Align resources across Sales, Marketing, Product, and other teams, and communicate progress, risks, and deployment status
  • Analyze implementation trends and potential bottlenecks, translating data into actionable insights for internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Identify areas for improvement in deployment methodologies and develop and document best practices and standardized playbooks
  • Implement scalable solutions to ensure a smoother, faster onboarding experience for future clients
  • Develop a strong understanding of the product, customer personas, and the customer lifecycle
