About the Role
Own the end-to-end journey for asset owner clients from signed contract through live deployment. Configure the AI platform to client workflows and data, coordinate with product and engineering, manage implementation expectations, support adoption, and improve the implementation playbook.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in private markets, financial services, or a related field.
- Familiarity with private markets workflows including fund structures, diligence, manager selection, reporting, or portfolio monitoring.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust with institutional clients.
- Collaborative, ownership-driven mindset with comfort working across clients, product, and engineering.
- Comfort with software and data and eagerness to work hands-on with an AI platform.
Responsibilities
- Lead client onboarding from kickoff through implementation planning, timelines, and go-live.
- Configure the platform to client workflows, data sources, and reporting needs.
- Serve as the day-to-day implementation point of contact and manage timeline risks.
- Run training and create onboarding materials to support client adoption.
- Capture client feedback and requests to inform the product roadmap.
- Build and refine implementation playbooks, templates, and processes.
