About the Role
You will analyze capacity, utilization, quality, throughput, cost, and workforce metrics to identify operational risks and opportunities. You will build dashboards and forecasting tools, refine scalable processes, improve data quality, support staffing and allocation decisions, and present recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1+ years of professional experience in business analytics, business operations, consulting, workforce or operations analysis, or growth or operations strategy
- 1+ years of experience building and owning analytical models, trackers, or operating systems in Excel, Google Sheets, or equivalent
- Weekend work may be required
- Travel to other locations may be required
Responsibilities
- Analyze operational metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Build and maintain reporting, trackers, and dashboards for operating KPIs
- Develop planning and forecasting views for demand, capacity, staffing, and process volumes
- Recommend allocation and operating tradeoffs based on operational and performance data
- Design, document, and refine operational processes and escalation paths
- Identify data gaps and improve data collection, hygiene, and definitions with stakeholders
- Integrate insights into hiring, staffing, performance management, and operational planning decisions
- Deliver analysis-based readouts and recommendations to stakeholders
- Lead ad hoc research and special projects
