About the Role
You will build and operate HR systems, employee records, payroll coordination, and benefits administration. You will run onboarding and offboarding, maintain policies and leave processes, support employment-law compliance, partner on payroll and reporting, and automate error-prone HR workflows.
Requirements
- 4+ years of HR operations experience
- HRIS ownership experience
- Payroll and benefits administration experience
- Knowledge of U.S. employment law and multi-state compliance
- Ability to build scalable systems and processes
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Experience handling sensitive data
Responsibilities
- Own HRIS administration, employee records, payroll coordination, and benefits administration
- Design and run onboarding and offboarding programs
- Build and maintain HR policies, employee handbook content, and leave-of-absence processes
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment law
- Partner on payroll accuracy, benefits invoicing, headcount reporting, and employee lifecycle processes
- Build reporting and metrics for headcount, attrition, onboarding, and benefits utilization
- Improve HR processes, tooling, and automation
