About the Role
You will administer benefits, maintain employment documents and employee data, and support onboarding and offboarding across EMEA. You will use AI tools to improve workflows, plan culture initiatives and events, and help scale People operations.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of professional experience in HR, People, operations, or administration
- Hands-on Workday experience
- Native-level German
- Fluency in English
Responsibilities
- Administer employee benefits across EMEA
- Use AI tools to automate repetitive tasks and improve documentation workflows
- Draft and maintain employment contracts, offer letters, and HR documents
- Maintain employee data in Workday
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Plan team events, office activations, and culture initiatives
- Drive culture projects and community-building
- Support global People programs with regional context
- Identify process improvements and build scalable People operations
