About the Role
You will design, build, and maintain automated HR workflows connecting Bizneo, PayFit, Google Workspace, Slack or Teams, n8n, and APIs. You will integrate Claude and other large language models into People processes for screening, summarization, employee support, and qualitative analysis. You will automate onboarding, offboarding, HR data pipelines, KPI collection, and reporting while identifying operational bottlenecks and delivering secure no-code or low-code solutions.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience designing and building complex automation workflows with n8n, Make, or Zapier
- Experience with or familiarity with Bizneo ATS/HRIS and PayFit
- Fluent use of generative AI tools such as Claude and the OpenAI API
- Experience applying prompts, text structuring, and agent workflows
- Ability to create simple scripts with Google Apps Script, JavaScript, or Python
- Advanced Google Sheets and Looker Studio skills
- Autonomy to identify inefficiencies, design workflow architecture, and deploy it securely
- Experience with Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex is valued
