About the Role

You will analyze and document health and welfare business requirements for client-advised projects. You will review client plan documents, identify gaps, maintain requirements tools, support workshops, validate results, improve processes, translate requirements for technology partners, and create training and reference materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
  • 3 or more years of health and welfare benefits service experience
  • Understanding of benefits administration systems
  • Microsoft Office proficiency, including intermediate Excel and VLOOKUP
  • Ability to analyze complex business requirements and product issues
  • Regulatory and legislative knowledge in the aligned service area
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Client implementation or platform migration experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide business-analysis support for client-advised projects
  • Analyze and document complex business requirements and findings
  • Review client documents and complete the Client Requirements Tool with plan rules
  • Document requirement gaps for follow-up
  • Support requirements workshop calls
  • Validate and test results against client and product requirements
  • Perform root-cause analysis to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
  • Translate business requirements for technology partners
  • Create training and reference materials for participant services
  • Support data-conversion activities and product-capability delivery
