About the Role
You will prepare food and operate a kitchen station according to established specifications. You will set up and maintain a clean workstation, complete daily preparation, cook and plate dishes for service, meet time and quality standards, and clean kitchen equipment and storage areas.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate
- Culinary degree or 2+ years of food service experience
- Ability to carry items up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day
- Ability to work all shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to bend, stoop, and lift objects frequently
- Eligibility under U.S. ITAR regulations or ability to obtain required authorizations
