About the Role
You will define and execute the product design vision, translating complex crypto and financial concepts into clear, usable interfaces. You will lead and mentor designers, evolve the design system for web and mobile, create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, and work closely with Product and Engineering to ensure successful implementation and stakeholder alignment.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product design, interaction design, or UX leadership within a software development environment
- Proven experience managing design teams and scaling design processes in startups
- Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts including REST APIs, webhook messaging, and database mechanics
- World-class portfolio of complex B2B or fintech digital products demonstrating user-centered design
- Expert-level mastery of Figma and familiarity with Jira
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Prior experience in crypto, blockchain, fintech, or brokerage-as-a-service industries
Responsibilities
- Define the overarching design vision and strategy for Trade, Transact, and Tokenize
- Build and mentor a high-performing design team
- Lead the evolution and maintenance of the design system across web and mobile
- Create and oversee wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes
- Ensure successful implementation of designs alongside engineering teams
- Advocate for design and articulate design decisions to stakeholders and executives
- Collaborate deeply with Product and Engineering leadership
