About the Role
You will define and establish Rain's motion language, creating principles and reusable animation systems that scale across touchpoints. You will translate concepts into storyboards and animations, build templates, prepare exports for different channels, and create brand collateral, swag, and campaign assets while maintaining high craft standards.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional design experience
- Expert proficiency in After Effects
- Expert proficiency in Figma
- Experience with Lottie or similar tools
- Strong grasp of typography color and layout for motion
- Ability to translate technical concepts such as payments infrastructure stablecoins and APIs into clear visuals
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced high-autonomy environment and managing multiple projects
- Clear communication and advocacy for design in cross-functional settings
- Understanding of where AI accelerates work and where craft must lead
- Experience with 3D and Cinema 4D (bonus)
- Experience in fintech or crypto (bonus)
Responsibilities

- Storyboard animate and prepare files and templates for multiple channels
- Support and extend the brand system by creating collateral swag and campaign assets
- Partner across teams to ensure cohesive and intentional design execution
