About Delphi Labs
Delphi Labs is a protocol research-and-development lab that builds and incubates Web3 products and primitives. Drawing on Delphi's experience in crypto consulting, investing, and protocol development, it works with crypto founders and teams through hands-on support across product development, AI/ML, infrastructure, token design, positioning, fundraising, marketing, and operations. Its dAGI accelerator targets founders building decentralized AI components, agents, and on-chain market mechanisms.

About the Role
Design and refine web and mobile interfaces from initial concept through launch and ongoing development, including user flows, information architecture, layouts, typography, iconography, color systems, design systems, landing pages, and storytelling touchpoints.
Requirements
- Experience with Figma.
- A keen eye for pixel-perfect layouts.
- Understanding of ICOs, crypto, and crypto culture.
- Passion for producing highly shareable interactive experiences.
- Preferred: micro-animation experience.
- Preferred: customer interview and generative research experience.
Responsibilities
- Design high-quality web experiences and define flows and information architecture.
- Collaborate with engineering to deliver high-quality UX designs on time.
- Develop and maintain design systems for product UI and storytelling touchpoints.
- Execute layouts, typography, iconography, and color choices for desktop and mobile web apps.
- Work with brand designers and illustrators on landing pages and storytelling touchpoints.
