About the Role

You will design motion graphics, videos, and animations for digital platforms, develop vector graphics and custom illustrations, transform Figma UI designs into polished animations and integrate them into 3D mockups, experiment with tools like Rotoro and Lottie to create micro-animations, and collaborate with marketing and product design to ensure cohesive visuals.

Requirements

• 3+ years of motion design experience and a strong portfolio
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, and Figma
• Ability to create and adapt illustrations to complement motion designs
• Experience with micro-animation tools (Lottie) and openness to tools like CapCut and Captions
• Familiarity or willingness to use AI-powered tools (Synthesia, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Revoicer)
• Fluent English and ability to work in fast-paced, feedback-driven environments
