About the Role

You will lead institutional engagement across the United States. You will build senior relationships, represent the organization at industry forums, deliver institutional workshops and briefings, develop partnerships, translate market feedback into strategy, and support fundraising and thought-leadership activities.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of traditional-finance experience
  • Understanding of institutional workflows, products, and client dynamics
  • Exposure to digital assets and Web3
  • Established network across US financial institutions
  • Ability to develop strategic relationships and partnerships
  • Communication and presentation experience with executive audiences
  • Experience with digital-asset initiatives at a financial institution or fintech
  • Familiarity with Ethereum tooling and infrastructure
  • Experience convening institutional audiences
  • Ability to identify ecosystem-growth opportunities

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain senior relationships with US-based financial institutions
  • Represent the organization at industry events, private roundtables, and executive forums
  • Design and deliver institutional workshops, briefings, and tailored sessions
  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships
  • Translate institutional needs and market feedback into global-strategy insights
  • Support institutional content and thought leadership
  • Connect institutions with relevant ecosystem builders
  • Contribute to fundraising and sponsorship efforts
