About the Role

You will own the vision and voice for employer storytelling. You will unearth and craft the narratives and experiences that make people want to join, work directly with leaders and practitioners to surface untold stories, design content and community experiences that communicate belonging, and set editorial direction and standards for talent-facing content.

Requirements

  • Proven experience building community and belonging for an organization
  • Experience creating cultural narratives for brands, teams, or institutions
  • Experience directing creative work and editorial programs
  • Ability to extract human truth and translate it into resonant content
  • Operate with high quality standards and autonomy
  • Minimum 4-hour overlap with Eastern Standard Time business hours
  • Demonstrable AI fluency in applying AI to accelerate craft

  • Create cultural positioning to attract top talent
  • Set editorial vision and produce executive-bylined long-form content
  • Develop audience strategy and pathways to reach target audiences
