About the Role
You will own proactive sourcing and outreach to build a pipeline of highly technical candidates. You will execute high-volume outbound campaigns, research niche talent hubs, evaluate GitHub and other open-source profiles, and engage passive candidates across communities like GitHub, Discord, and X. You will act as a clear brand ambassador when contacting senior technical prospects and track outreach metrics to iterate on messaging and improve conversion.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of web crawling, large data infrastructures, and AI/ML engineering
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and operate in a fast-moving environment
- Technical fluency to distinguish systems and product engineering roles
- Experience sourcing via GitHub, Discord, X and other open-source communities
- Demonstrated success in high-volume, high-quality sourcing
Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound sourcing campaigns
- Identify and engage top technical talent
- Map talent hubs in AI, data, and infrastructure sectors
- Evaluate GitHub and open-source profiles for technical fit
- Act as brand ambassador to communicate compelling candidate narratives
