About the Role
You will own full-cycle recruiting, define roles and interview processes, build sourcing strategies and talent pipelines, and establish recruiting infrastructure. You will partner with senior leaders, close key hires, build the recruiting team, and advise on organizational design, leveling, and compensation strategy.
Requirements
- Have 10 or more years of talent experience, including recruiting leadership
- Have recruiting leadership experience at a frontier AI lab, research organization, or high-bar environment
- Have built recruiting functions and processes during early-stage scaling
- Have hired senior researchers, engineers, and operators
- Discuss AI credibly with researchers, engineers, and senior operators
- Have recruiting, people operations, leveling, compensation design, or onboarding experience
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting
- Define roles, hiring standards, and structured interview loops
- Build sourcing strategies, talent maps, and candidate pipelines
- Design and run interview processes
- Close key candidates
- Build recruiting infrastructure, ATS tooling, reporting, and employer brand
- Hire and lead recruiters
- Advise on organizational design, leveling, and compensation strategy
