Requirements
- Experience working with fintech companies or financial institutions to improve, modernize, or transform core infrastructure.
- 8+ years of experience in technical roles, ideally in solutions engineering, software engineering, infrastructure, architecture, or similar functions.
- 4+ years of experience leading, managing, and developing technical teams.
- Experience designing scalable, reliable systems and translating technical requirements into implementation plans.
- Understanding of blockchain technology, decentralized networks, smart contracts, rollups, and onchain infrastructure.
- Experience working directly with clients in professional or commercial settings.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts and guide customers through implementation decisions.
- Strong collaboration skills with internal and external teams.
- Experience writing Rust, Solidity, or Golang.

- Lead strategic client engagements and develop bespoke solution concepts.

- Build long-term partnerships with application teams.
- Identify, contribute to, and advocate for strategic partnerships.
- Relay project and developer-community feedback into the product roadmap.
- Help shape go-to-market strategy for new developer-focused products.
- Collaborate with engineering and research teams on protocol and application-layer improvements.
- Own developer success for leading application teams using Arbitrum.
