About the Role
You will shape public-affairs strategy in Germany, monitor AI policy and regulatory developments, engage policymakers and industry leaders, prepare position papers and lobbying campaigns, advise on regulatory changes, support public-sector adoption strategies, and build a network that strengthens influence in Germany.
Requirements
- Extensive public-affairs experience
- Experience influencing policy-making
- Understanding of German institutions and decision-making
- Expertise in GDPR, Copyright, AI Act, DMA, and tax laws
- Experience in highly scrutinized environments

Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze AI policy developments in Germany and the EU
- Develop and execute public-affairs strategy
- Lead parliamentary engagement, position papers, and lobbying campaigns
- Engage policymakers, industry leaders, and opinion leaders
- Respond to policy issues and propose solutions
- Advise on regulatory changes and compliance
- Support public-sector AI adoption strategies
- Build and maintain a public-affairs network in Germany
