About the Role

You will set product direction with founders and technical leads, translating customer needs and new technical capabilities into clear priorities. You will shape connected workflows across environments, evaluations, training, deployment, and traces; work closely with research and production customers; and lead product and design from concept through launch. You will remain hands-on with design and implementation while guiding execution and improving the user experience.

Requirements

• Experience building and growing a technical product used in production.
• Experience leading teams while remaining hands-on.
• Technical depth to prototype, work with APIs, and reason through system tradeoffs with engineers.
• Experience in developer tools, AI infrastructure, or ML platforms.
• Ability to simplify and improve product experiences.
• Ability to learn from customers, write clearly, and turn ambiguous problems into concrete next steps.
• Experience with design engineering is a plus.
• Useful domain experience in agent observability, data curation, training, inference, multi-agent systems, reinforcement learning, continual learning, or evaluations systems.

Responsibilities

• Set product direction with founders and technical leads.
• Translate customer needs and technical capabilities into product priorities.
• Shape connected platform workflows across environments, evaluations, training, deployment, and traces.
• Partner with teams building Model Factory, Data Factory, inference, and sandboxes.
• Turn Research and Applied Research workflows into product features and test them with production customers.
• Connect Data Factory with Model Factory training and inference workflows.
• Use production traces to guide model improvement.
• Lead product and design from early concepts through launch.
