About the Role
You will own end-to-end product marketing for near.com, including positioning, messaging, launches, and adoption. You will use customer research and product data to improve acquisition, onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention. You will also support NEAR Intents partner positioning, integrations, and launches.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in product marketing or a closely related product role
- Experience at a centralized exchange, fintech company, crypto wallet, trading, payments, or digital-asset product
- Proven end-to-end go-to-market ownership for product features or integrations
- Understanding of exchange, wallet, or fintech users and product teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to translate technical or ambiguous concepts into clear narratives
- Ability to operate in an ambiguous, fast-moving, resource-lean environment
- Experience working in remote, globally distributed teams
- Working understanding of crypto fundamentals, including wallets, custody, swaps, and cross-chain transfers
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end product marketing for near.com, including positioning, messaging, go-to-market, launches, and adoption
- Define and refine target audiences, use cases, value propositions, and competitive positioning
- Translate user research, feedback, and behavioral data into Product and UX recommendations
- Partner with Product and Growth to improve acquisition, onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention
- Lead go-to-market for new features and releases
- Own product-facing communications and enablement materials
- Support NEAR Intents product marketing, partner launches, and post-launch adoption
- Build scalable product marketing processes and playbooks
