About the Role
You will own the evolution of live products, driving improvements in user experience, retention, and revenue. You will partner closely with engineering, DevRel, and BD teams, and work directly with customers, partners, and power users to identify friction, ship meaningful improvements, and unlock growth across production systems. A strong background in Web2 product management is required, with 1–2 years of Web3 experience considered a significant advantage.
Requirements
- 5–10+ years in product, with at least 2 years in crypto, DeFi, or fintech; owning and scaling live products, not just launching MVPs
- Strong grasp of product metrics: activation, retention, churn, LTV, ARPU
- Technical enough to work deeply with engineers and understand API, backend, and data flow tradeoffs
- Experience with usage-based billing, SaaS monetization, or developer-facing products
- Web3 infrastructure, protocols, or developer tooling experience is a strong plus
- Commercially minded, user-first in execution
Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap for live products and continuously evolve them against clear metrics tied to usage, retention, and revenue
- Identify and eliminate UX and DX friction across dashboards, APIs, and workflows
- Run experiments to improve onboarding, activation, and retention
- Own monetization strategy: pricing, packaging, and usage tiers for live products
- Translate customer and partner needs directly into revenue-generating product features
- Work closely with engineering, BD, and DevRel to scope, prioritize, and ship with clarity
