About the Role
You will work with product teams to use data to drive product adoption and inform product strategy. You will lead product discovery, design and analyse experiments, assess product and feature performance, define KPIs, investigate user problems, and evaluate engagement-to-LTV correlations. You will partner with data, engineering, data product, and data science teams to deliver self-serve event-data analytics for app and web products.

Responsibilities
- Conduct hypothesis-driven product discovery deep dives to identify and quantify user problems
- Design, propose, and analyse product experiments
- Identify and analyse impact hypotheses for products and features
- Define measurable KPIs for product and feature performance
- Perform exploratory and hypothesis-driven user research data analysis
- Translate revenue goals into business and product KPIs
- Partner with analytics engineers to enable KPI reporting dashboards
- Analyse engagement-to-LTV correlations using statistical methods
- Design experiments to drive product adoption and analyse results
- Partner with data, engineering, data product, and data science teams to deliver a self-serve event-data analytics platform
- Partner with data science teams to build a KPI statistics engine
