About the Role
You will lead global equity administration and payroll teams, set their strategy and operating cadence, and scale both functions to public-company standards. You will oversee controls, systems, international expansion, accounting handoffs, automation, external-provider escalations, and resourcing plans.
Requirements
- 15+ years across equity compensation and/or payroll operations
- Experience leading senior functional leaders
- Experience operating equity and payroll functions to public-company standards
- Knowledge of equity management platforms including Shareworks or E*TRADE
- Knowledge of Workday payroll and cross-system architecture
- Experience building and scaling global operations across multiple jurisdictions
- People leadership experience
- Experience building scalable processes
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop equity administration and payroll teams
- Set strategy, priorities, and operating cadence
- Own and document the equity and payroll control environment
- Scale both functions to public-company standards
- Drive compensation-platform and integration strategy
- Serve as the executive escalation point for equity and payroll matters
- Oversee new-country payroll setup, cross-border equity compliance, and mobility programs
- Partner on stock-based compensation and payroll accounting
- Automate and improve manual processes
- Build scalable headcount and resourcing plans
