About the Role
You will own and scale commercial partnerships across the investment product stack, including swaps, staking, yield, and fiat on/off-ramps. You will source and close strategic partnerships, structure revenue-generating and partner-funded campaigns, build financial models and KPIs for partnerships, track performance, renegotiate commercial terms, and work closely with Product, Marketing, and Sales to execute ecosystem initiatives while protecting self-custody and security standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years in crypto business development ecosystem partnerships or strategic alliances
- Strong existing network across token issuers DeFi L2s RWA stablecoins or fiat rails
- Proven track record of closing revenue-impacting deals with measurable results
- Experience negotiating revenue share rebates incentive structures and commercial agreements
- Solid understanding of swaps staking yield mechanics liquidity flows and on/off-ramp economics
- Strong grasp of unit economics and ability to build and evaluate financial models
- Comfortable owning commercial KPIs and revenue targets
- Structured thinker with high execution discipline
- Ability to assess counterparty risk and filter low-quality projects
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Source and close strategic partnerships with token issuers stablecoin issuers RWA platforms L2 ecosystems DeFi protocols and fiat on/off-ramp providers
- Structure revenue-generating and partner-funded campaigns such as cashback fee rebates staking boosts liquidity programs and co-marketing initiatives
- Secure marketing and incentive budgets from ecosystem partners to subsidize user transactions
- Renegotiate and optimize commercial terms with existing swap staking and fiat providers to improve pricing margins and conversion
- Structure bilateral and tri-party deals where required
- Build financial models for each partnership and define expected ROI before launch
- Track performance report results optimize or terminate underperforming collaborations
- Work closely with Product Marketing and Hardware Sales to execute high-impact ecosystem initiatives
- Ensure all partnerships align with Tangem’s self-custody standards and risk framework
