About the Role

Shape Berachain’s narrative to institutional investors, manage external communications related to the BERA token, lead strategic investor engagements, produce investor materials, monitor market and regulatory trends, and inform executive strategy.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years in Investor Relations, Capital Markets, or Fundraising.
• At least 2+ years focused on crypto, fintech, or alternative assets.
• Experience in IR at a Layer 1 project, crypto-native VC or hedge fund, buy-side asset management, or alternative asset fundraising.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Deep understanding of tokenomics and Web3 ecosystems.
• Ability to navigate crypto-native and TradFi cultures.
• High emotional intelligence and professionalism.
• Willingness to travel for conferences, roadshows, and investor meetings.

Responsibilities

• Craft investor narratives and presentations articulating the BERA token’s role.
• Develop pitch decks, token reports, ecosystem updates, and FAQs.
• Deliver clear, consistent, and compliant messaging to institutional investors.
• Lead global roadshows, virtual briefings, and one-on-one investor meetings.
• Build relationships with VCs, hedge funds, family offices, and asset managers.
• Align capital introductions with ecosystem growth alongside Business Development and Partnerships.
• Monitor market sentiment, token performance, regulatory trends, and peer Layer 1 positioning.
• Provide capital market insights and recommendations to executives.
• Collaborate with Legal, Marketing, Ecosystem, and Product teams.
• Support internal strategy with investor feedback and market intelligence.
