About the Role
Lead the full arc of capital engagement, including sourcing and cultivating investors, structuring and executing capital raises, and maintaining disciplined, compliant investor relationships. Build Xsolla's investor relations capability, support public-market activities and strategic transactions, and advise leadership on capital structure and funding strategy.
Requirements
- 12–15 years or more of progressive experience in investment banking, private equity, sovereign wealth, institutional investing, capital markets, or senior investor relations.
- Track record of raising or deploying institutional capital and closing complex transactions.
- Senior-level experience with sovereign wealth funds, strategic investors, or institutional allocators.
- Deep fluency in capital structure, private placements, equity and credit instruments, and transaction processes.
- Strong knowledge of public-market disclosure, fair disclosure principles, and listing obligations.
- Exceptional financial acumen and outstanding written and verbal communication.
- Significant relationship capital, gravitas, judgment, discretion, and integrity.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field.
- MBA or CFA strongly preferred.
- Relevant securities licenses or willingness to obtain them viewed favorably.
- Familiarity with gaming, technology, fintech, or other high-growth sectors is advantageous.
- Comfort operating across Gulf, Asian, and North American markets.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute equity, structured, and credit capital raises.
- Develop and manage the institutional investor pipeline through diligence, negotiation, and close.
- Build fundraising materials, investor presentations, equity stories, and data rooms.
- Establish and run the investor relations function for public-market activities, including Xsolla SPAC 1.
- Manage relationships with public-market investors, analysts, sovereign wealth funds, strategic corporates, family offices, and institutional allocators.
- Lead investor communications for capital events, business combinations, roadshows, and earnings-style updates.
- Advise leadership on capital structure, funding strategy, and strategic transactions.
- Direct banks, advisors, and counsel through diligence and transaction execution.
- Establish disclosure and communications frameworks in partnership with legal and compliance.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead the investor relations and capital markets team.
- Represent Xsolla at investor meetings, industry forums, and capital markets events.
