About the Role

The Head of Investor Capital & Relations, APAC will build Xsolla's Asia Pacific capital franchise from Singapore. The role covers institutional and strategic investors, regional fundraising, diligence, transaction support, events, CRM standards, regulatory compliance and counterparty controls. It is an in-office position with significant travel and Employment Pass sponsorship available.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in APAC institutional coverage, capital formation, investment banking or investor relations
  • Established relationships in Singapore and at least one of the Korean, Japanese or Greater China markets
  • Working knowledge of regional fund marketing and private placement practice
  • Alternative investment strategy marketing experience preferred
  • Experience under the Monetary Authority of Singapore framework preferred
  • Independent operation with disciplined pipeline management and reporting
  • Excellent English communication skills; Mandarin, Japanese or Korean preferred
  • High ethics and integrity with a clean regulatory and disciplinary history
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • CFA or CAIA charter strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Own senior coverage of APAC institutional capital, including sovereign investors, pensions, insurers, asset managers, funds of funds and family offices
  • Build gaming, technology and media strategic coverage across Korea, Japan and Greater China
  • Map institutional decision architectures and maintain relationship intelligence
  • Lead regional pre-marketing and fundraising support within private placement regimes
  • Manage institutional diligence processes, including DDQ coordination and data room support
  • Support cross-border financing and strategic transaction discussions
  • Build regional presence through investment and gaming forums and manage the APAC events calendar
  • Develop the 2027 regional coverage plan and hiring sequence
  • Establish regional coverage and CRM standards
  • Ensure marketing and offering activity complies with applicable regulatory regimes
  • Coordinate KYC, AML and sanctions screening and escalate reputational risks
