About the Role
You will build relationships with crypto-native and traditional investment organisations, identify and onboard strategic partners, and prepare investment materials. You will coordinate investor meetings and roadshows, manage CRM reporting and KPIs, monitor market trends, and support investment due diligence.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, investor relations, or corporate development.
- Experience in investment analysis, relationship development, financial markets, transactions, and fundraising.
- Hands-on experience with Layer 1 or Layer 2 blockchain ecosystems, Ethereum, or decentralised technologies.
- Network across financial markets and/or digital assets.
- Relationships and working knowledge across crypto-native VCs, asset managers, research houses, and prime brokerages.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to synthesise and present financial and business performance information clearly.
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity environment.
Responsibilities
- Build scalable systems for investor prospecting, due diligence, and engagement.
- Develop relationships and onboard partners aligned with strategic priorities.
- Prepare and deliver investment collateral, financial information, ecosystem updates, and investor Q&A.
- Coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, and capital-markets events.
- Own CRM and pipeline reporting and support KPI tracking.
- Monitor market sentiment, peer positioning, and investment trends.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure consistent and compliant market positioning.
- Support end-to-end investment due diligence for selective opportunities.
