About the Role
You will manage inbound investor relationships from initial conversations through completed investments. You will research prospects, explain investment opportunities and financial concepts, maintain accurate CRM records, and provide personalized follow-up. You will improve conversion processes, share investor feedback, and support additional equity and debt fundraising initiatives.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of client-facing financial-services experience
- Experience discussing financial markets and investment-related topics with clients
- Experience working with accredited and high-net-worth individuals
- Consultative sales ability
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage a large active pipeline with attention to detail
- Experience using AI tools to research prospects, prepare conversations, personalize follow-up, and improve efficiency
Responsibilities
- Manage the inbound investor pipeline and guide prospective equity investors through completed investments
- Research prospects and prior interactions to prepare personalized investor discussions
- Educate prospective investors on venture capital and the management-company investment opportunity
- Maintain timely, personalized follow-up and address investor questions
- Maintain accurate CRM records and proactively manage investor next steps
- Improve investor experience, messaging, and conversion processes with investor feedback
- Convert qualified inbound interest into completed equity investments
- Support additional equity and debt capital-raising initiatives
