About the Role

You will lead institutional capital raising for digital asset strategies. You will develop investor pipelines, lead diligence and mandate negotiations, manage investor relationships and reporting, represent the business at allocator events, and build a distribution team as assets under management scale.

Requirements

  • 8 to 15 years of institutional capital raising, asset management distribution, or wealth intermediary sales experience
  • Experience closing institutional mandates of CHF 10M or more
  • Active institutional allocator relationships across Switzerland, the UK, and Europe
  • Knowledge of alternatives or digital asset strategy distribution
  • Understanding of diligence cycles, mandate structuring, and institutional investor expectations
  • Fluent English

Responsibilities

  • Lead institutional capital raising
  • Build and convert an institutional investor pipeline
  • Lead investor meetings, diligence processes, and mandate closings
  • Partner on product-market fit, capacity, and strategy positioning
  • Run roadshows and attend institutional allocator events
  • Manage investor reporting and relationships for committed mandates
  • Build a distribution team as assets under management scale
