About the Role
You will identify priority disclosure scenarios, research guidance gaps, and turn findings into practical processes and materials for insiders and partners. You will manage fellows and contractors, build an expert network, develop rapid-response preparedness plans, and advise on strategic priorities for AI-insider support.

Responsibilities
- Design and run research on guidance gaps
- Conduct stakeholder consultations and scenario workshops
- Commission and manage fellows and contractors
- Convert research insights into actionable guidance and processes
- Train insiders and partner organizations
- Build and maintain an expert network
- Develop preparedness plans for high-sensitivity disclosures
- Advise on risk categories, company functions, and disclosure priorities
- Initiate projects to close gaps in the whistleblowing chain
- Work with the policy team
