About the Role
You will own the go to market strategy end to end including crafting strategy, executing high impact campaigns, forming GTM partnerships, activating power users, and scaling new and existing products. You blend deep crypto experience with an operator mindset a founder type who hustles runs fast and is not afraid to run high agency experiments, deeply understands traders and the crypto landscape, and isn’t afraid to get your hands dirty. You will collaborate with product, data, and engineering to identify GTM loops that drive volume, TVL, and retention and you will be an embedded user of DeFi protocols to continuously improve UX and liquidity.
Requirements
- 4 to 7 years of experience in GTM growth product marketing trading or strategy roles at a crypto protocol trading firm or CEX
- An existing crypto-native network
- An existing presence on Crypto Twitter
- Deep crypto-native network and understanding of crypto culture memes narratives and market dynamics
- Strong project management skills and a track record of shipping cross-functional campaigns at high velocity
- Strong command of trading mechanics you have traded actively or worked closely with traders
- Analytical mindset fluent in funnel metrics conversion modeling SQL dashboards and experimentation frameworks
- Entrepreneurial energy fast resourceful high ownership and thrives in ambiguity
Responsibilities
- Achieve 5X current trading volume within a year by onboarding new traders and market makers, executing high-impact product marketing, and launching viral growth programs to accelerate user acquisition
- Own customer and user relationships, managing business development with traders, trading groups, and crypto funds; activate power users and design tailored GTM playbooks for them
- Partner closely with product, data, and engineering to identify and execute GTM loops that drive volume, TVL, and retention
- Collaborate with product marketing and community to shape product narratives, campaign strategy, and launch comms
- Be a deeply embedded user of crypto protocols, constantly seeking ways to improve UX, liquidity loops, and user stickiness
