About the Role
Own the go-to-market strategy end to end, including campaign execution, GTM partnerships, power-user activation, product scaling, and experimentation to drive trading volume, TVL, retention, UX, and liquidity.
Requirements
- 4 to 7 years of experience in GTM, growth, product marketing, trading, or strategy roles at a crypto protocol, trading firm, or CEX.
- Existing crypto-native network and presence on Crypto Twitter.
- Deep understanding of crypto culture, memes, narratives, and market dynamics.
- Strong project management skills and a record of shipping cross-functional campaigns at high velocity.
- Strong command of trading mechanics through active trading or close work with traders.
- Analytical fluency in funnel metrics, conversion modeling, SQL, dashboards, and experimentation frameworks.
- Entrepreneurial energy, resourcefulness, high ownership, and comfort with ambiguity.
- Bonus: experience with perpetuals exchanges or CEXs, data and on-chain analytics tools, or high-growth startups and protocol teams.
Responsibilities
- Achieve 5X current trading volume within a year through trader and market-maker onboarding, product marketing, and viral growth programs.
- Manage relationships with traders, trading groups, crypto funds, and power users while designing tailored GTM playbooks.
- Partner with product, data, and engineering to identify and execute GTM loops that drive volume, TVL, and retention.
- Shape product narratives, campaign strategy, and launch communications with product marketing and community.
- Use Drift and DeFi protocols deeply to improve UX, liquidity loops, and user stickiness.
