About the Role

You will own end-to-end GPU capacity planning across sites and GPU generations. You will maintain authoritative capacity data, forecast demand, define sellable inventory, validate deal feasibility, run weekly capacity reviews, and turn planning needs into tooling requirements. You will travel to Vegas monthly when working remotely.

Requirements

• 5+ years of capacity planning, supply and demand planning, S&OP, technical program management, or infrastructure operations experience.
• Knowledge of data center and compute infrastructure, including racks, power, cooling, servers, GPUs, and networking.
• Advanced forecasting and allocation modeling skills.
• Experience collaborating with Sales, Finance, and Operations.
• Strong written communication and recurring operating-cadence discipline.
• Experience in GPU cloud, HPC, hyperscale, colocation, or semiconductor capacity environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with Slurm, Kubernetes, GPU fleet management, and utilization metrics is preferred.
• Experience with DCIM, capacity, or inventory tooling is preferred.
• PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a single source of truth for fleet capacity, allocations, reserves, and sellable inventory.
• Standardize capacity definitions, measurement, and reporting.
• Track demand pipelines, contracted ramps, consumption, expiries, renewals, and take-or-pay floors.
• Publish sellable capacity by site, GPU type, and timeframe.
• Validate deal feasibility with Sales and Deal Desk.
• Own the multi-year capacity strategy and rolling capacity forecast.
• Identify capacity constraints and drive decisions on deployments, reservations, and site expansion.
• Own buffer and oversubscription policies.
• Coordinate incoming infrastructure capacity with operations and supply chain.
• Run weekly capacity reviews and produce capacity reports and dashboards.
• Document planning standards and workflows.
• Define tooling requirements for capacity, inventory, and allocation systems.
