About the Role
You will lead global workplace and real estate strategy, office buildouts, relocations, launches, and workplace operations. You will shape physical environments, manage major real estate investments, develop the workplace team, and travel to other locations.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience leading workplace, environment, employee experience, or a similar function at a hypergrowth technology company
- Experience scaling multiple U.S. and international offices

- Develop real estate roadmaps, site selection, expansions, and capital investments
- Manage workplace operations, office buildouts, relocations, and launches
- Shape office design, amenities, and workplace experiences
- Lead and develop the Workplace Experience team
- Travel regularly to other locations
