About the Role
You will own sourcing strategy and supplier management for facilities, construction, and infrastructure categories. You will support buildouts, upgrades, and capital projects; negotiate commercial agreements; manage supplier performance; deliver savings; and reduce commercial and operational risk.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or supplier management
- Sourcing expertise in facilities, construction, infrastructure services, MEP trades, or CAPEX categories
- Experience leading supplier selection, negotiations, contract execution, and supplier management
- Commercial, contract negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Responsibilities
- Support sourcing for facility expansions, infrastructure upgrades, and capital projects
- Deliver cost savings, cost avoidance, and commercial improvements
- Build and maintain a supplier network for operations and site growth
- Drive supplier performance against cost, quality, responsiveness, and service-level KPIs
- Mitigate commercial and operational risk through contract management, supplier diversification, and contingency planning
