About the Role
You will define and execute ecosystem growth strategies, build strategic partnerships, and enable developers to integrate Arbitrum technology. You will manage grants and funding programs, set and report on KPIs, coordinate product integrations with engineering, and organize events like hackathons to activate the ecosystem.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in ecosystem development, business development, or growth roles within blockchain, Web3, or technology industries
- Proven track record of building and scaling developer ecosystems, partnerships, and community engagement
- Strong experience with Layer 1 or Layer 2 blockchain solutions, Ethereum, or other decentralized technologies
- Experience in strategic partnerships, negotiation, and growing developer communities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible language
- Demonstrated leadership and people management skills
- Data-driven approach with experience tracking, measuring, and reporting ecosystem KPIs
- Deep understanding of Ethereum, Layer 2 technologies including Optimistic Rollups, and dApps
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of strategies to expand and strengthen the Arbitrum ecosystem and drive technology adoption
- Identify and forge strategic partnerships with developers, dApp creators, industry leaders, and ecosystem collaborators
- Onboard companies into Web3 and enable partners with necessary tools, resources, and support
- Collaborate with engineering to ensure Arbitrum technology is accessible and integrated into decentralized applications
- Define, track, and report key performance indicators for ecosystem growth
- Oversee management of grants and funding programs for new projects and developers
- Plan and lead ecosystem events such as hackathons, developer meetups, and conferences
